What will you do
The Customs Procedure Specialist is responsible for Under close supervision, responsible for managing all operations related to customs clearance, payment request application, SAP execution.:
- Handle customs clearance, and arrange inbound container to warehouse daily, as well as negotiate container free time and review additional cost
- Invoice processing for logistics cost and payment freight and other tax invoices
- Request KPTA (한국의약품수출입협회-Korea pharmaceutical traders association) to approve via EDI (웹사이트-Electronic Data Interchange)
- Execute SAP transaction, including generating triangulation STO (수입제품 국내 창고 재고 이동 오더-Stock Transfer order)
- Declare recycle bottle fee and maintain data in official website
- Able to respond to routine problem independently
What we are looking for
- University / Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. (Preferred major is Trade)
- 0 to 2 years work experience
- Good English communication (Writing & Oral) ability
- MS Office skills (Word, PPT, Excel) proficiency
- Teamwork skills
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
