We are looking for a passionate and pragmatic Head of Content within our People and Culture team (P&C), to ensure the delivery of strategic initiatives and objectives that align with NAB’s P&C vision, as well as delivering a World Class P&C service!
Your opportunity
The Head of Content is a new role that has been designed to help NAB deliver our world class People and Culture (P&C) function, where colleague experience is pivotal. Our internal customers continue to want on-demand content that is streamlined and easily digestible.
You’ll be responsible for the development and delivery of the Global P&C digital knowledge management strategy across multiple channels and regions, the Head of Content position is accountable for creating and maintaining a world class digital content playbook, including guidelines, standards, and templates. Executing world class colleague content to a global audience, ensuring best in class colleague tone of voice, with an aim to consistently drive colleague self-serviceability.
About the role
- Development of P&C communication and digital content strategy to effectively manage colleague knowledge across the organisation
- Accountable for defining colleague tone of voice and ensuring consistent, global P&C colleague brand
- Leads P&C colleague content creation globally, ensuring one-way, same way across all regions, providing flexibility for personalisation locally where required
- Implements and maintains global governance model, inclusive of all P&C digital sites and content
- Knowledge article creation and maintenance including Chatbot content
- Leveraging adoption metrics and data from channel management, to develop a digital content improvement and optimisation programs of work
- Assesses and remediates existing P&C content to make it more user-friendly for colleagues, with a key focus on driving self service
- Guide & mentor P&C service owners to develop new content in line with usability standards and guidelines
- Ensure that new and updated content is published on P&C sites and old or out of date content is removed
- Improve global searchability for optimised colleague experiences
- Deliver the outcome of increasing self-service adoption by providing simpler, targeted, personalised and easier to access content
- People leadership, driving a high performing team, delivery distinctive leadership practices
What you will bring
- Strong experience as a knowledge manager and content creator, setting content strategies, standards, practices, and governance – ideally across several industries including financial services
- Global communications experience, directly to colleagues and / or customers
- Experience working in a global service delivery model
- Proven track record of driving self service
- Develop, execute, and measure a content program that is engaging and relevant to our audiences
- Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline (desired)
