Job Description:
- Maintain, manage and record day-to-day transactions
- Responsible for General ledger
- Responsible for Accounts Receivable
- Maintain and accurate aging report
- Identify and execute necessary process adjustment
- Send statement to outstanding customers
- Export data from supplier platform and prepare invoice
- Perform any ad-hoc assignment as per management requirement
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Bookkeeping, Finance Management or similar field is a must
- Has hands-on accounting experience specially in General Ledger and Accounts Receivable
- Has experience in accounting entries
- Has experience in Quickbooks and proficient in Excel (Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot table, index, if, concatenate) are required
- Willing to work on site in BGC office, Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 6pm

Salary: Php18,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
