HR Assistant will plays a crucial role in Human Resources Department and Reports directly to the HR Manager and the CEO regarding employee relations, recruitment and selection, and other HR related tasks.
1. Assist in posting job advertisements, various job portals, platforms, screening resumes and applicants, scheduled candidates for interview, assist in conducting initial interview, assist, and prepared job offers to successful candidates.
2. Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, collect and process new hire paperwork, ensure all required documents are complete, prepared, conduct orientation sessions to employees' about policies, procedures and assist in setting up new employees' workstation, providing necessary resources.
3. Maintain and update employee records, database, handle HR inquiries from employee, manage attendance, leave records, assisting on preparation of reports.
4. Organize training sessions, workshops for employees, maintain training records, assists on evaluating candidates, coordinate training logistics, booking of venue and materials preparation.
5. Assist in administrating employee benefits, support payroll processing, ensuring accurate attendance, accurate leave records and addressing employees' inquiries related to benefits and compensation.
6. Maintaining positive, professional employee relations, assisting, organizing employee activities, events, and supporting efforts to a positive and inclusive work environment
7. Assisting in preparing and submitting necessary reports.
8. Ensure compliance with labor code and company policies.
9. Must be Graduate of BSBA Human Resources Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field of Study.
10. Able to work on Start-Up Company.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php20,000.00 - Php26,000.00 per month
