We are proud partners of a Global Financial Administration company, who are looking for multiple data entry subject matter experts to join their team based in Port Melbourne.
As a Data Entry Subject Matter Expert your role duties include:
- Training and supporting Data Entry Operators
- Coaching and mentoring staff
- Data entry, digital mail room processing – document preparation and scanning
- Experience with Windows, Microsoft Word and Excel, Data Entry Applications
- General administration duties
- Working in a fast paced, supportive, team environment
- Following guidelines and procedures to meet compliance requirements
Skills & attributes required:
- Must have previous leadership experience - in either retail, hospitality or office environments
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent typing / data entry skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong quality and compliance focus
- Time management and organisational skills, as well as the ability to multitask
- A quick learner with a positive 'can-do' attitude
