Order Fulfillment SW [Hungary]

 

• Ensuring a fast and unproblematic handling of the order process of Kofax in EMEA/APAC
• Controlling of internal deal requirements (pricing, discount, delivery conditions, license compatibility)
• License fulfillment and invoicing of customer orders in the ERP system
• Asset, account and license case management (incl. managing of data objects)

• Transaction based communication and support of various internal stakeholders

Required Skills

• Understanding of software licensing models and systematic data management
• Capacity for teamwork, ability to work under pressure, flexibility and readiness of mind
• Independent, structured, and analytical approach to work
• Customer centered thinking
• Salesforce/CPQ and NetSuite or other similar ERP system knowledge
• Good MS-Office-knowledge

Required Experience

• Commercial education, level apprenticeship or bachelors
• Experience in order management (and licensing)
• Good English communication skills (minimum requirement level B2), additional languages of advantage
