Customer Services Representative,

Job Description. HRSI. Innovation Business Solutions is looking for candidates for the “Customer Services” (Customer support) role for our biggest E-commerce client based in Karachi. Requirement: 9 to 5 Morning for girls and Rotational for boys (9 am to 5 pm & 11 am to 7 pm & 2 pm to 10 pm) Education: Graduates & Intermediate profile only.Experience: At least 6 months at any call center.Contractual Period: Regular/extendable on performance-based. Salary Range: 25K for Fresh Experienced + Incentive + Medical. Transportation will be provided to female staff if a route will be available.

Description:

· Customer handling and solving their issues hand to hand by the processes.

· Coordination with the team to resolve chronic issues.

· Works in campaign/sales in heavy load to giving extra hours (when needed).

· Maintain quality and productivity & ensure customer satisfaction.

· Taking escalations and solving customers’ issues.

· Discuss critical and chronic issues with reporting authority.

· Meeting the productivity and Quality KPI as per the target assigned.

· Have good leadership skills, and the ability to guide junior team members.
