Responsibilities:
- Performs maintenance and repairs on camp facilities including plumbing, painting, carpentry, cleaning, and electrical duties.
- Employs and supervises staff.
- Assign the labors for On-going sites as per the instruction from the Site team.
- Arrange and organize transportation for Labors.
- Maintain records of Time-In & Time-Out ( Attendance ) of Labors attending to the site.
- Resolve any issues of the employees residing in the camp and coordinate with head office regarding the same.
- Daily camp checking, staff total details, daily reports & monthly reports sent to HR/Admin Department.
Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of Experience as Campboss in Construction field.
- Prioritization, coordination, follow-up skills
- Planning and organizing skills
