Job Description
- Mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, tobacco and snacks.
- Billing of charges
- Taking orders
- Maintains cleanliness
- Set up bar equipment and draught beer.
- Checks and replenishes bar-stock and carbon dioxide
- Safekeeping of stock under lock and key upon closing of the bar.
- Handles operations of bar outletsTaking and serving orders
- Entering charges into POS system
Requirements
- Good knowledge and experience in mixing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, garnishes, contents and preparation methods as well as knowing customer preferences.
- Well-groomed and have a pleasant disposition.
- A good team player with excellent service capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, and positive attitude towards fostering teamwork among associates in support role.
- Ability to adapt, embraces strong cultural diversity, and work in multi-ethnic teams.
