- Conduct Initial Interviews/screening
- Conduct Company Orientation for New hired Employees
- Administer examination after every Training to assess learning capability of new employees
- Administer Introduction and plant tour of all new hire employee
- Conduct/Facilitate Company Training.
- Assist on the preparation of Annual Training Plan and TNA
- Assist on Identifying the training and development needs within an organization through Job Analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business Managers.
- Produce Training materials for in-house training
- Handles Coordination with manpower agencies
- Training dissemination, registration and arrangement.
- Handles shuttle allocations and billings
- Assist in company events and activities
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and 14001 is a plus
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by immediate head.
