The VM Specialist is responsible for the successful development of Van Cleef & Arpels Visual Merchandising.

The main objective is utilize VM to transmit Maison’s value, present our creations in a Maison way, and eventually support sales - it covers from regular VM changeover to special occasions; Press Presentation, Event, Seoul Maison In-BTQ/Façade animation, Exhibitions, collaborations with local craftsman. The second objective is stimulating VM community, nurture BTQ ambassadors’ VM knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

Task 1. Collaborate with Several Stakeholders to Plan and Execute VM (Events & Pop-Ups, Exhibitions)

• Develop zoning plan and order display materials – ensure order qty, payment via SAP, and follow up delivery
• Coordinate with local VM agency – Ensure Timeline, production drawing review, sample validation, and production quality
• Conduct photo database report with budget record
• Execution of Seoul Maison special animation by collaborating across teams
• Manage inventory of Event PLVs & props

Task 2. Stimulate VM community to ensure BTQ VM high standards

• Ensure BTQ visual presentation is well respected by regular BTQ visit (mainly high typology BTQ), VM changeover, and conduct photo report
• Collaborate with MKT on local-push initiatives and setup VM guidelines
• Cultivate VM Ambassador community by managing online training and workshop (2 times/year), ensure training materials are up-to-date, market oriented, and reflect VM Ambassadors needs

Task 3. Maison Art & Culture

• Source and communicate on craftsman and develop local animation
• Support yearly activation calendar in Seoul Maison - Exhibition, L’ecole, etc.
• Seoul Maison special façade - Spring takeover & Winter façade development and execution

Qualification

• Minimum 5 years of VM experience in luxury (Jewelry, High fashion, etc) from VM changeover to Event support
• Design related major of university degree preferred
• Ability to handle multi tasks and meet tight deadlines concurrently
• Great written & verbal communications in English
• Ability to work both independently and with a team
