As an Integration Architect, you will be paired up with different Architects from DD&IT covering Novo Nordisk’s core PS processes. You will get the opportunity to take the Integration Architectural leadership and put your mark on the technical ambitions encapsulated in our Architectural Runway.Your key tasks will include:
- Defining, driving and maintaining the integration architectural runway as well as ensuring a harmonised and standardised Integration Architecture together with DD&IT PS Management
- Enabling the Integration Architecture is fit for purpose for the Digital Use Cases in DD&IT PS
- Leading and driving talks on the future of Integration Architecture in Novo Nordisk’s IT/OT landscape within Novo Nordisk’s and vendors
- Collaborating with and guiding colleagues across multiple IT and LoB organisation areas, e.g. project and maintenance teams, system teams, Product Management and IT architects from other ARTs and domains on our Integration Architecture and Architectural Principles
The current source system landscape around these opportunities is diverse. We chose to work with PAS-X, SAP (ECC, GBT, ATTP), Winshuttle, OMP, and OpenText Business Network as primary global platforms.
What are we looking for?
To be successful in the role, we believe you can tick off most of the following boxes:
- You hold a Master’s degree in IT Software Engineering, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar in experience
- You have a strong Integration Architect or Engineering background with at least 3 years of experience of technologies used in the Data Architecture – Kafka, DataBricks, Python, Mulesoft, AWS (DMS, S3 and Redshift), PowerApps as well as experience in working with integration platforms and methods towards both on-premises and cloud
- You are familiar with agile ways of working and supporting tools like Azure DevOps
- You have experience with data harmonisation, publishing complex data to data lakes and data architecture
As a person, you are energised by taking responsibility, not only for the Solution Architecture but also for ensuring cross organisational alignment and communication on different levels. You are proactive and curious, visionary and want to take the lead in ensuring we deliver a future proof and solid IT architecture to our stakeholders. Besides, you have great communication and stakeholder management skills.
The team waiting for you
The team is anchored in DD&IT PS, an organisation of +800 employees driving implementation and operation of IT/OT on Novo Nordisk manufacturing facilities globally. Given that Product Supply is an area in DD&IT, this role also makes you step into a global community of 2100+ colleagues, driving digital, data, and IT across Novo Nordisk.
This role welcomes you into the PS Architecture team, where the global strategic direction within Data Architecture for Novo Nordisk Production Division is defined. This includes continuously developing the Integration Architecture, supporting Digital programs & projects, ensuring that the Integration Architecture is fit for purpose as well as supporting Novo Nordisk's digital transformation/ambition.
The team consists of highly qualified IT/OT architects working closely with stakeholders on our Manufacturing Sites globally in Novo Nordisk. You will get the opportunity to join a team working with the newest technologies in an international, high-performance, and informal environment.
