Job Responsibilities
- Gathers operational data from various cross functional stakeholders to examine past business performance, especially on cross-sell campaign performance
- Identifies data patterns & trends, and provide insights to enhance business decision making capability in business planning, process improvement, solution assessment, etc.
- Recommends actions for future developments & strategic cross-sell opportunities, as well as enhancement to operational policies
- May be involved in exploratory data analysis, confirmatory data analysis and/or qualitative analysis
- Translate data into consumer or customer behavioral insights to drive tarting and segmentation strategies, and communicate clearly and effective to business partners and senior leads all findings
- Work closely with internal and external business partners in building, implementing, tracking, and improving cross-sell strategies
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm’s reputation, its clients and assets, by driving compliance and applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency
- Continuously improve processes and strategies by exploring and evaluating new data sources, tools and capabilities
Job Requirements
Mandatory
- 3-4 years relevant experience
- Strong technical skills in using MS Offices/SQL/PYTHON/SAS Libraries (Pandas/Numpy), and other languages
- Knowledge in marketing effectiveness and penetration program
- Good communication and demonstration on decision making abilities
Preferred
- Analytical Tools: SQL/PYTHON/SAS Libraries
- Data design and management
- Power BI/Qlik
