Kongsberg Ferrotech (KF) was established in 2014. Since then, KF has developed advanced underwater robotic systems for inspection, repair and maintenance of subsea pipelines, risers and offshore structures. The remotely operated robots have been in commercial offshore operations since 2022. The company has per date 20 employees in Norway.
Collaborative partnership agreements have been signed with oil and gas majors for coming projects and to further develop cost efficient subsea maintenance solutions.
Following the successful operations of KFs robots, the workload is increasing. KF is expanding the team and is looking for new resources within project delivery management.
Job Tasks and responsibilities:
The position as Project Manager involves all aspects in the process from tender and sales, through project execution of both client- and internal development projects and to delivery of full robotic systems.
- Prepare tender documentation
- Establish plans and budgets for all projects
- Report monthly progress and deviations internally and to clients
- Weekly project status meetings
- Maintain hands-on and total overview of planned workload
What you bring:
- University degree within technical disciplines
- Experience from project management of oil & gas- or energy industry projects is preferred
- Self-driven, responsible and creative
- Able to motivate and lead the project team
- Enjoy working with innovation and entrepreneurship
- Excellent Norwegian and English communication skills - written and oral
