Requirements:
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment tools to source potential candidates.
Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for the positions.
Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
Manage and update the applicant tracking system to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
Work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand job requirements, establish hiring criteria, and devise effective recruitment strategies.
Promote the company's employer brand and maintain a positive candidate experience during the entire recruitment process.
Keep abreast of industry trends and recruitment best practices to stay competitive in attracting top talent.
