Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research:Conduct market research and gather relevant data to support investment decisions and business strategies. Analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to investment executives.
  • Travel and Logistics Coordination:Arrange travel arrangements, accommodation, and transportation for investment executives and team members as required.Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and events, both on-site and off-site.
  • Confidentiality and Compliance:Maintain confidentiality of sensitive investment-related information and adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Project Support:Provide administrative assistance to various investment projects, including meeting coordination, document preparation, and status tracking.

Requirements:

Language: Persian - Native speaker, English - conversational

Education and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent is required. Associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, particularly in the finance or investment sector, is a plus but not mandatory.

Organizational Skills:Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in document preparation and data management.

Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate professionally with team members, clients, and external partners. People person is a plus.

Market Research:Proficiency in market research methodologies and tools.
Ability to gather and analyze data to provide valuable insights for investment decision-making.

Technology Proficiency:Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Familiarity with database management and document collaboration tools.

Problem-Solving Abilities:Demonstrated problem-solving skills to address administrative challenges proactively.
Ability to handle unexpected situations with composure and find effective solutions.

Discretion:Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.

Team Player:Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Adaptability:Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and take on new tasks as needed.

The work will be mainly remotely. Traveling within Europe will be needed from time to time.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 5 per week

Pay: 2,200.00€ - 5,500.00€ per month
