We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SEO Specialist to join our team. As a Senior SEO Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing advanced SEO strategies to optimize our clients' online presence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and work closely with clients to drive organic search growth, improve rankings, and enhance website performance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, link building, and content optimization.
- Perform comprehensive website audits and provide detailed recommendations to improve site structure, content quality, and overall SEO performance.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify target keywords and optimize website content accordingly.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with content creators, developers, and designers to implement SEO best practices and optimize website content.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and develop strategies to outperform competitors in organic search rankings.
- Generate regular reports on SEO performance, including keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion rates, and provide actionable insights to clients.
- Stay informed about industry changes and recommend adjustments to SEO strategies and tactics as needed.
- Provide SEO training and guidance to junior team members and contribute to their professional development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful SEO campaigns and achieving organic search growth.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Expertise in SEO tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz, SEMrush, or similar.
- Experience with technical SEO, including website audits, site speed optimization, and mobile optimization.
- In-depth knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO techniques, including keyword research, content optimization, and link building.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate SEO strategies and recommendations to clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
