Junior Energy Manager (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure a close collaboration and follow-up with the fleet and its operation with regard to performance related KPIs and reporting
- Support the definition of technical and operational measures to improve the efficiency of the fleet
- Evaluate individual energy saving strategies towards Corporation Decarbonization goals
- Support the development of energy saving concepts, projects and budgets
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in marine engineering and / or nautical sciences and/ or naval architecture or any related field. Master’s degree is a plus
- One year of professional experience in the areas of Ship operation ashore and/or on-board Cruise ship technology
- Knowledge of Data analytics and Power BI, Principles of Thermodynamics, HVAC and onboard machinery solutions are highly desirable
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Very good command of the English language (English is our company language). German and/ or Italian are a plus
