Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Warehouse & Logistics team, ensuring all processes are implemented effectively and standards of performance are attained
- Manage the flow of emails in and our for all Warehouse and Logistics activities
- Manage and control all the warehouse deliveries through the use of proper movement records

- Administer the booking in and out process, controlling paperwork and input details in the ERP system
- Conduct investigation for stock discrepancies, reporting all findings to Management
- Complete the Intake Sheet ready for incoming deliveries
- Control and update the stock sheet each week
- Produce all batch labels for deliveries coming in
- Assist with regular and spot stocktakes as required
- Point of contact for all cash and carry customers, ensuring all the EPOS process is followed and all payments are recorded accurately
- Process all cash and card payment transactions for self-collection customers to Warehouse.
- Manage and file all Warehouse paperwork
- Any other duties that may be required for the smooth running of the operations
Requirements
- IT savvy with proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office 365 applications (eg : Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- At least N / O / A Levels & above
- At least 1 year work experience of relevant working experience
- Has initiative and positive attitude to get things done
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with people
