Position Overview
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide Data entry, consolidation and checking within ERP and Excel
- Purchase order creation process through Microsoft Dynamics 365 system
- Maintain data integrity between different system, such as SAP & Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Update data files within Excel
- Coordinate and communicate with regional logistics teams
- Provide general administration and clerical support to the team
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Analytical mindset with the ability to convert raw data to excel format templates
- Excellent in Excel skills, especially in Pivot Table and Lookup function is MUST
- Proficiency in other PC operations e.g., Outlook, Word & Teams
- Experience in using Microsoft Dynamics 365 & SAP, apparel & logistics industries will be an advantage
- Well-organized and attentive to details
- Good command of both spoken and written English/Mandarin
- Immediately available /short notice is highly preferred
