The DCX Home Based E-commerce Specialist will work full-time with a rapidly growing US-based company. You will get a chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you've learned in the past. You will be responsible for closely following the instructions and processes outlined by our client.
The daily tasks will vary so it will be necessary to be very flexible in this position. Other necessary characteristics of the job include having strong attention to detail, the ability to work well with co-workers, and a desire to learn new work skills.

Responsibilities:
- Use our web interface for building customer E-Commerce sites, managing information submitted on Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
- Inspecting landing pages, product information, checkout options, and all other pertinent E-Commerce related website elements to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use.
- Provide outstanding customer service and respond to email and phone inquiries from sales associates and customers.
- Coordinate with sales associates and customer service team to hand off projects upon completion.
- Monthly invoicing for store-related charges and fees
- Manage order statuses in Brightsites (using our new Status Cheat Sheet)
- Manage lingering MOAS orders
- Assist AMs with setting up new stores
- Adding and updating user requests
- Adding and updating budgets
- Adding and removing new products
- Store-specific reporting, based on client needs and frequency
- IPFS monthly invoices
- Manage program pricing and co-op details
- Monitor inventory and usage reports
- Manage and enter on-demand orders for TXO
- Manage inventory control sheet (Appendix to contracts)
- Creation of new SKUs for all store items (similar to IPFS)
- Quarterly comparison of FedEx/UPS rates to charged rates

- Salary Range: 35,000-40,000
- Written and spoken English skills: Very Proficient
- 2+ years of Experience in an order management role or experience in the e-commerce industry
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Proficient with Google Applications
- Has direct experience in the promotional industry OR relatable e-commerce experience.
- Education: Marketing, communication, or business degree preferred
